Please note that while I’m here to guide and support you throughout your counselling journey, it’s important to remember that you are the primary driver of your own progress. Most of the meaningful change happens outside of our sessions through your commitment, application of what you learned during the sessions, and the choices you make in your daily life. Together, we create a safe space and tools, but your active participation is what truly makes the difference. It is entirely up to you to decide which aspects of the counselling you take away from the sessions, and which ones you leave behind, depending on what resonates with you and what makes sense to you.
Session Options
I work exclusively online and worldwide
30 - 40 min no-pressure intake online session during which we will:
get to know each other
discuss your reasons for contacting me and how I can be of help
explore how we can proceed in the future if you decide to continue the counselling with me
The intake is free because I want you to feel safe and not pressured. You're welcome to explore if we're a good fit without the obligation to book a session or continue.
60-min online counselling sessions in accordance with your availability and needs
90-min online Deep-Dive or Methodology Session:
This option is available for some methodologies that require more time. If this ever applies to you, we will always discuss and agree on it in advance. I will never impose this on you. If you do not wish to proceed with this option, we can split the methodologies into two sessions. The choice will always be yours.
For Companies & Businesses:
1:1 online coaching for employees navigating stress, burnout, adversity, difficult relationships, chronic illness, or major life transitions.
My Approach
My approach is based on Carl Rogers’ three core conditions for work with people: genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathy.
Diplomas, education, qualifications are all, of course, important when working with clients. However, what I deem most important of all in counselling is the human approach. You are not just a number, nor a name, nor a diagnosis, nor your emotions and you are not what happened to you. While these things are a part of you and your story, underneath it all you are a human being who has so much to offer to the world, and to yourself. It is in you, waiting to be brought to light. I strongly believe that we, humans, are incredibly resilient and strong. We seek, above all, validation and to be seen and heard. Sometimes this alone can make the biggest difference in someone's mental health journey. When we are seen and heard, especially by our own selves, we can reach our authentic selves to the fullest and thus discover what freedom feels like. I am here to provide you with guidance to do just that, using talk therapy as well as all the practical knowledge and methodologies I have in my mental health tool kit.
The Power of Intuition
So many of us were taught to doubt ourselves — to second-guess our gut feelings, ignore our needs, and overthink every decision. Especially if you've lived through emotional manipulation, burnout, chronic illness, or a high-pressure environment, your connection to your own inner knowing may feel blocked or forgotten.
But in reality, your intuition is not gone. It’s still inside you — it’s just been buried under noise, fear, and survival mode.
In our work together, we create space to slow down, listen inward, and rebuild that trust with yourself.
You’ll learn to:
Recognise the voice of your intuition and to your “gut feeling”
Understand the difference between fear and inner knowledge
Use the information your intuition gives you to set boundaries that honour your body and mind and that feel right to you
Reconnecting with your intuition isn’t about being perfect or always knowing the answer. It’s about feeling safe enough to trust yourself again.

I am a certified counsellor and coach, not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. I do not diagnose mental health conditions or prescribe medication.
My work is rooted in deep active listening, emotional safe presence, and helping you reconnect with your own wisdom, boundaries, and inner safety. I offer support for personal healing and growth — particularly around identity, nervous system regulation, chronic illness, and the aftermath of relational trauma.
Counselling with me is not a substitute for medical psychological care. Working with me is suitable for you if you want to explore your inner world, develop healthier patterns, and feel more grounded in yourself. I am happy to work in cooperation with your doctor, if the need for that arises. I respect traditional mental health care and might refer clients to psychiatric professionals if clinical support is needed.
