Cancellation Policy
Your time and well-being matter deeply to me — and so does mine. To ensure I can offer the best support to all my clients, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Late cancellations or no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
Rescheduling
You’re always welcome to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice at no extra cost. Just email me and we will set up the new appointment.
Thank you for respecting both our time and energy 🤎.
Confidentiality & Anonymity
Your privacy is deeply respected here. As a counsellor, I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgment or exposure.
Everything you share with me during our sessions is treated with the strictest confidence. This means:
I will not share your personal information or session content with anyone, unless you give explicit written permission.
The only exception to this is if there is a legal obligation to disclose information — for example, if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases involving child protection. Even then, I will do my best to involve you in the process.
I store all client information securely and in line with Dutch privacy laws (AVG/GDPR).
If you have questions about how your data is handled or want to learn more about your privacy rights, please feel free to ask. Transparency is part of the trust we build together.

Step 1: Discuss the Issue Directly

Step 2: Submit a Formal Complaint (if needed)
If the issue cannot be resolved through dialogue, you have the right to submit a formal complaint. As a counsellor affiliated with LVSC (Landelijke Vereniging voor Supervisie en Coaching), I adhere to their ethical guidelines and complaints procedure. You may submit your complaint in writing to:

LVSC will handle your complaint independently, confidentially, and in accordance with their official complaints procedure. You can read more about their process here (in Dutch).
